Qualification:

BE/ME CSE, ECE, EEE, MCA

Key Skills:

Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Python, Data structures & Algorithms, Database, Query writing.

Experience: 2- 3 year.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Interview applicants to determine if a person is a match for job opening.
• Technical Interview is responsible for taking 1st level of technical interview.
• Ask questions about work history, Projects worked etc.
• Analyze the technical performance of the candidate.
• Understand the candidates technical ability.
• Select or reject the candidate based on their technical skill, performance etc.
• Update the interview feedback in the internal software.
• Testing the developers technical basic and coding skills & ability.
• Coordinating with the IT team to forecast department goals and hiring needs, and communicating with hiring managers to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs.
