Position: Project Manager

looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager with

experience delegating to other departments of technical members. The

successful candidate will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables

fall within the applicable scope and budget. He or she will coordinate with

other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible

and will hire new talent as needed to fulfil client needs. We are looking for

Responsibilities

• Ensure resource availability and allocation

• E-Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify

specific requirements of each project

• Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to

document needs

• Delegate project tasks based on resources individual strengths,

skill sets and experience levels

• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the

successful completion of short and long-term goals

• Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to

project constraints based on financial analysis

• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients

as well as other project members

• Use and continually develop leadership skills

• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage

resources in an effective and efficient manner

• Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.

• Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients.

Required Experience/Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Advanced time management and analytical skills

• Working knowledge in Management Tools.

• Excellent client-facing communication skills

• Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines

• Proven experience in project management.

• Must have a basic idea of Web Development, Mobile

Development and related Technologies.

• Experience as an IT project manager for 2 years.

• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and

multitasking skills

• You should be a strong networker & relationship builder

• Very strong work ethic with confidence to work autonomously
