· Experience: - 2 -4 years of total & relevantexperience in Technical recruiting.
· Bachelor degree in HR, Business Administration,Marketing or related discipline; Master degree preferred
· Minimum 2+ years of demonstrated work experiencein recruiting function wither in a corporate setting or an agency environment.
· Ability to recruit with a sense of urgency forTechnical Profile like Node JS and Angular JS.
· Strong Presentation, Negotiation, Interpersonaland presentation skills.
· Deep passion for technology and strong inunderstanding technology.
· Hands on sourcing skills with minimal dependencyon Job boards and exposure to unconventional sourcing methods such asNetworking sites, Social media recruiting, Headhunting, Targeted Mapping , etc
· Engaging with potential qualified talent Poolthrough Networking Events.
· Primary Responsibilities
· End to end Individual contributor role withexpertise in direct sourcing and excellent account management skills.
· Identify critical talent needs, high prioritypositions and deliver results using various recruiting tools and avenuesthrough which qualified candidates are sourced in a timely manner with a costeffective approach.
· Evaluate candidates during resume review,screening & interview process. Record, maintain and track all recruitingactivities
· Conduct Hiring measurement and trend analysis,identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities and recruitmentprocesses in support of hiring needs.
· Passion and interest for recruiting
· Knowledge of current Talent Acquisition trendsand best practices
· Strong connection to an existing network ofprofessional contacts affiliated in the IT Industry.
