• Manage client Calls And client service inquiries
• Provide information to clients related to their projects and on-going actions
• Keep records of client interactions and transactions, details of inquiries,and feedback.
• Follow-up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on client's requests
• Keep a robust inter-departmental co-ordination and be proactive in your daily functions
